These terms cover your use of TerryCalls (terrycalls.com) and of an account on it. By using the site or creating an account you agree to them.

Information and entertainment only

TerryCalls shows market readings and the decisions of an automated agent named Terry. It is provided for information and entertainment. It is not financial advice, and nothing on the site is investment, legal or tax advice. Nothing on the site is an offer or a request to buy or sell anything. Figures shown may be estimates and can differ from what a real order would have received.

No guarantees

Trading and prediction markets involve a risk of loss. Past results do not predict future results. We do not promise that the site is accurate, complete, uninterrupted or free of errors, and you use it at your own risk. Make your own decisions.

Who can have an account

You must be 18 or older. Keep your sign-in methods to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has access to your account.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site or its accounts. That includes trying to break or overload them, probing for weaknesses, sending automated sign-in requests, using another person’s account, or using the site to break the law.

Ending an account

You can delete your account at any time from your account page. We can suspend or end an account that breaks these terms or puts the site or other people at risk.

Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, TerryCalls and the people behind it are not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using the site, from relying on what it shows, or from it being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits a right you have by law that cannot be limited.

Changes

We may change these terms. If a change matters, we will update the date above. Using the site after a change means you accept it.
